Wonthaggi Pony Club attend the Melbourne 3DE as an Unmounted June Rally Day

A bus trip down to the Melbourne 3DE was held as an unmounted rally for June. What a fantastic day it was. We got to cheer our own WPC member Carleen Hefel who was riding Ruben in the 1* class. We are thrilled to announce that Carleen and Ruben were Superstars - Clear XC - Clear SJ were a highlight for Carleen - The nerves played a part in the Dressage Test however Carleen still managed to place 40th in a very large class of over 70 Riders - Well Done Carleen it was a pleasure and thrill for our members to go down and Cheer and watch you ride at the Melbourne 3DE - Thanks to DC Suzanne for organising the day as well as a XC course walk with 2* Rider Nina Clark which proved to be another highlight of the trip for members - Special Thanks to Peter McNair who provided and drove the bus down to the event - A great day was held by all that attended.
