NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Tuesday 12th November, 2013 - 7pm at "The Wonthaggi Club" 16 McBride Avenue, Wonthaggi 3995

The meeting will be for the purpose of considering and, if thought appropriate, passing the following Special Resolution:

“The Wonthaggi Pony Club Incorporated replace its “Statement of Purposes and Rules” and in its place adopt and customize the new model rules as the clubs "Rules of Incorporation" to comply with the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (the new Act).”
